This is the OpenRC Car Version 2!! The build video can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptg5uSprJf8&list=PLD3Pf0OGUoDpkLEQuaGIsUl0d8uHpPDvy. How I Designed the OpenRC Car 2: The tutorial is available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIoBCYvPrPU&list=PLD3Pf0OGUoDpkLEQuaGIsUl0d8uHpPDvy&index=2. In recent weeks, I've designed another RC Car, this time a better version with improved RC materials. I made an Inventor tutorial about the project: 3D Modeling Car #9 - Open RC Car V2. Additionally, I created a DIY video about this project: DIY - Open RC Car V2. To build the car, you will need the following RC materials: - Receiver and transmitter (I use Carson): The receiver and transmitter can be purchased at https://www.conrad.be/p/carson-modellsport-reflex-wheel-start-rc-pistoolzender-24-ghz-aantal-kanalen-3-incl-ontvanger-1920203. - Servo: The servo required for this project is a 120° analog micro-servo, which can be found at https://www.gotron.be/analog-micro-servo-1-3kg-cm-120-rotation.html. - ESC (Electric Speed Controller): I created an ESC from an old servo. You can also purchase one at https://www.gotron.be/analog-micro-servo-1-3kg-cm-120-rotation.html. - 3VDC Electromotor with a long shaft: The electromotor needed for this project is the Motraxx XTrain SF135, which can be purchased at https://www.conrad.be/p/motraxx-xtrain-sf135-brushed-mini-elektromotor-13000-omwmin-1362616. - 2 x 3.7V LiPo Batteries: The batteries required for this project are the Reely Race Copter Accu, which can be purchased at https://www.conrad.be/p/reely-race-copter-vliegaccu-geschikt-voor-reely-x-140-1563461. The following bolts, nuts, and washers were used in the construction of the car: - 15x M2 x 12mm Bolts - 4x M2 Nuts - 4x M2 Washers - 4x M3 Bolts - 10x M3 Nuts - 8x M3 Washers - 4x M4 Bolts - 2x M4 Nuts - 4x M4 Washers A range of bolts, nuts, and washers can be purchased at https://www.conrad.be/p/velleman-ksc1-ksc1-moeren-assortiment-1-stuks-097778.
