When working in an open space office, such as a Ph.D. room, and the tables are too high to see if you're around or not, at least they provide some privacy, right? This status wheel bar can be a big help! You can simply print out "status cards" and insert them into the wheel. Then by changing the status controller on your desk with a 1:1 transmission ratio to the top status indicator, you can control what's indicated. The interconnecting string could be nylon fishing line for example. To make sure it doesn't slip, wind it once fully around both the top (indicator) and bottom (control) wheel. Then adjust the tension by moving the status controller around. Enjoy!
