Utilizing a peristaltic pump head from robotdigg's stepper-motorized openable-head peristaltic pump, paired with an Arduino mini pro, is the approach chosen for housing the peristaltic pump. During this process, however, a significantly better project was discovered on thingiverse, specifically the peristaltic pump with a stepper motor at thing:2619479, ultimately leading to the abandonment of the original project. In its early version, the LCD and other components were merely attached to the box using adhesive.
