WORK IN PROGRESS - aiming to minimize the distance between smartphone cameras and microscope optics in the Open Ocular smartphone adapter. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2567141 edits since initial posting: - adjusted eyepiece screw orientation, rotating it 90 degrees to fit the rotated head. Although not necessary, this modification aligns with my monocular's setup. - enhanced baseplate thickness from zero to 1mm and recalibrated clamps for improved stability. - reverted back to original eyepiece rotation, concluding that no significant advantage was gained by the previous adjustment.
