A plug-and-play fidget spinner designed specifically for standard 22mm outside diameter x 8mm inside diameter x 7mm tall skateboard bearings (608zz). The outer ballast bearings are fully exposed, capable of spinning freely without being constrained by the inner bearing. Everything is held together securely through friction fit alone; I've extensively tested mine over weeks and it has yet to come apart!
