Especially the so-called risk groups such as our older neighbours or people with previous diseases for whom infection could be life-threatening, need help with their shopping or picking up medicine from the pharmacy or even taking the dog for a walk.<br/> Individuals and groups are forming initiatives to help others in need. Maybe this is the start of a society where human values are more important than economic growth?</p> <p>The "open heart door hanger" supports this vision. It is a functional helper but also a symbol for kindness. Open your heart to your neighbours and offer them a "open heart door hanger". Whenever they need help, they can place the hanger on their doorknob with a personal note.</p> <p>The "open heart door hanger" is sturdy enough to carry a heavy shopping bag, so you do not have to place the shopping on the floor. The hanger also offers an opening for placing a small rolled-up piece of paper – your neighbours’ message, shopping list or banknotes. When you return with the shopping, you can insert the receipt or just a few kind words. This way, communication can also take place when it is better not to meet directly.</p> <p>We need your support to make this vision of more solidarity and neighbourhood help come true.</p> <p>Get active, print, use and share the idea on social networks and give a neighbour an "open heart door hanger".<br/> And to everyone who owns a 3D printer: start your 3d printers, produce "open heart door hangers" and give them to people who want to help their neighbours.
