Open Hardware 40mm Fan Cover

I had to incorporate hollow collars with an exposed hardware fan cover by Mak-a-face to accommodate screws at the top. Rather than reengineering the part to include collars, I split them apart to print components without any supports. Once screwed into place, the parts will fit snugly together. To secure the assembly, I used two M3*5 screws and two additional collars on top that complemented the bottom screws. The Anet A6 design does not utilize the top screws in their top-mounted extruder motor configuration. Print Settings Printer: Anet A6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30%
