I messed up my headphones, they're back to life ^^. It's a UFO 2 Bluedio. I rewired all the internal connections with more solid 4-wire USB cable. There are 8 wires in total (there's plenty of room). It now works perfectly. I also gave it a black paint job. Don't put tape on the headband - I made that mistake and by removing the tape, the faux leather tore. So, I'll have to sew it back together ^^. Speaking of paint, spray paint doesn't grip well on PLA, so either use the correct color of wire directly or use a primer. I used 3x12 mm and 3x20 mm screws as well as some of the original screws. The black version is the final one. I also ordered a new battery in lipo 650mah format like the original. I might update later to increase the size of the compartment to accommodate a larger battery. Thanks
