Open Faced Fender Washer

The final version of this printable washer eliminates the need to remove all nuts and parts for installation; fender washers can be difficult to find. With an open face, it can be directly inserted onto the threaded rod. The bed-facing side is minimized to allow the Y-bed to reach the bearing entirely, maximizing print space. Download the STL file, process with preferred skinning software (Skeinforge, Repsnapper), load G-code into a reprap host, and print for use.
