Still Working In Progress. Sharing due to comments on the original asking for enhancements, and because several modifications were made from Quintox303's design: 1. Added a D component. 2. Pins/holes for precise letter positioning. 3. Two-part base for smaller print beds. 4. Enhanced E- and S-gear axles. Updated but not yet printed by me (7 Feb): 1. Strengthen the E- and S-gear axles further... they're still fragile. 2. Chamfer the bottoms of D, E, and S gears, and top of C, L, and R main gear. Still to be done: 3. Thicken the E-, S-, and sun-gears. 4. Add small bearing surfaces to base for reduced friction by lifting gears off base. 5. Move main axles slightly (3-4mm?) closer together to minimize play. 6. Introduce stops to prevent rotation when in correct alignment. 7. Increase base size behind the D component. 8. Raise the height of main axles.
