Open Chassis System ================___ This is a modular chassis system designed specifically for the inside of a lightsaber. Originally created for a Brewboard, it can easily be adapted to other boards using the source files provided. The design allows you to swap out parts or use only what's needed to build up your chassis. Additionally, it's parametric, enabling it to be sized to fit inside various ID Sabers. More components will be added in the future, and I've included Fusion 360 files so users can modify and contribute their own parts as a remix! ### Some Notes: * The Adapter part should be printed with 100% infill, as it requires significant strength. Other parts have thin walls and can be printed with any desired infill level. * Source files may need minor adjustments for smaller sizes. * Threaded rods are used to hold parts together, adding extra strength. * The speaker is a press fit with a small hole to push the speaker out when needed. * Users can quickly configure parts in Fusion 360 by opening the "Modify" menu and selecting "Change Parameters." Each part has multiple parameters that can be set.
