I attempted using the Cable Clips for the Open Cable Chain but they didn't work out because my cables are too thick for them. I made one myself instead. The Slim Version was designed specifically for Open Cable Chains with this tiny space on its lower side: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:611593 The thick version should fit any other version that matches these measurements. One is thick, the other slim - perfect for every situation.
