First of all, thank you to the creators of this project for making it available for public use. Now I'm going to make my contribution! This project received changes in the multifunction board, reducing its holes and increasing the thickness to 6 mm. If more robust is needed, increase as desired or use a machined aluminum plate. The wheels, made of Nylon and machined for precision, were machined with 8.2 mm, fitting with 0.1 mm slack in the 8.3 mm channel of the aluminum profile. Check the thickness of the profile on hand to leave the same slack, which is enough at 0.1 mm. For spacers, Stainless Steel Tubes were used, machined 12 mm in length, to ensure system accuracy. The bearings are mounted under pressure, one on each side. If they use the marking in the center of the wheels, a washer should be placed with 1mm between the two bearings. If not using the central mark of the wheel, both (because only the cubes touch, not creating resistance) need to be installed. The axles of the wheels are made of bar stainless steel. If construction is accurate, they will work perfectly! I'll post videos soon. So: 2 x plates printed in ABS 4 x Spacers printed in ABS 4 x Wheels in Nylon Machined 8 x 16x5x5 bearings 8 x 12x8x5 stainless steel spacer tubes 16 x 10x5x1 washers 4 x 5mm nuts 1 x 5mm stainless steel threaded rod (cut as required) 1 60 x 30 aluminum V-Slot (size you want) Originally, it will be used in a machine that works with water and acid. Then, future updates are planned. Any doubt should send messages; I'll help as possible. Good luck! Enjoy it!
