Open back headphones designed to use Peerless by Tymphany HPD-50N25PR00-32 or other 50mm drivers. Additional parts list: Headband to fit 100mm diameter earcups 100mm diameter earpads 50mm dynamic drivers x2 3.5mm panel connectors x2 m3x18mm button head bolts x8 m2x18mm bolts x6 m2 nuts x6 damping material (I used woven wire mesh 200 and medium/lightweight canvas fabric) optional wire mesh for cover Different damping material in front of the drivers and vents can be used to tune the frequency response. The headbands I have made are primarily not 3D-printed and require tools/materials in addition to the 3D printed 'blocks': ~10mmx2mm aluminum strip m4 bolts and nuts m3 bolts and nuts 5mm hair/head band x2 faux leather/fabric 5mm foam thin plastic 25mm elastic drill thread tap hacksaw metal files sewing machine
