The Raspberry Pi 3 / B+ open-air case is designed to print in two easy-to-assemble parts. The clever design relies on a precise fit between the two halves, which effectively holds it together when printed correctly. This technique works flawlessly with most Lulzbot Mini printers, but may not be ideal for lower-accuracy models. To ensure a secure fit, users can apply Superglue or slightly adjust the top case by a few percent to achieve the perfect fit.
