Open 3d Fountain Pen mini body remix

I made a printable pen using cheap Sheaffer sections from their calligraphy kit: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3360686 previously. However, I admired the Open 3d Fountain Pen from Zoidberg38: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2026499 and recently tried printing the remixes by Kennethlee to test out the mini body/cap combo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4349097. I don't have a Jomo #6 or Lamy/Kaweco section/feeder on hand, and I'm not willing to pay nearly as much for a nib/feeder/section as I would for a whole Kaweco Sport in the first place, so I remixed the mini body from Kennethlee to accept cheap Sheaffer sections. This is still a work in progress. I'm trying to get this to print well enough that it can be an eyedropper pen since it will be too small to accept Sheaffer carts. I've printed this a few times to try and improve water tightness with my Prusa mk3s. The version in the photos seems to work well, though YMMV (and I intended to try coating this to improve water tightness)! I printed this with "clear" PETG at .15mm layers, many perimeters, 5% more extrusion (1.05), and at 245F. N.B. I filleted the internal threads, but they are still very tight. This is good for an eyedropper, but I had to use two wrenches and wrap the section and body in cloth (to avoid damaging them) to get a tight enough grip to tighten them. I expect this will become easier with a few tightenings and loosenings (if the pen lasts that long!). The cap is also a little tight screwing on the top or bottom, but it's getting looser as I open and close it a few times. The tolerance here may have gotten worse as I converted Kennethlee's STL back to an editable body in F360! I like how these look when new with "clear" PETG, but I found that my old Sheaffer pen had a clear cap that stained easily and looked worse over time, so I'll probably reprint this in some other color.
