Opel tigra

I designed a replacement part for the Opel Tigra's rear luggage compartment cover, specifically focusing on the turntable plate that holds it in place. The original turntable plate was a stamped metal piece with a series of holes and a central pivot point, which allowed the cover to rotate freely when opening or closing the trunk. However, this design had some drawbacks - it was prone to bending under heavy loads, and the holes could become loose over time, causing the cover to rattle. To address these issues, I set out to create a more robust and reliable turntable plate for the Opel Tigra's rear luggage compartment cover. My solution involved using a thicker, more rigid metal material that would be less susceptible to bending. I also redesigned the holes to be slightly larger and countersunk, which would provide a tighter fit for the screws and prevent them from coming loose. In addition to these changes, I added a small lip around the perimeter of the turntable plate to help guide the cover into place when closing the trunk. This would ensure that the cover was properly aligned and wouldn't get stuck or jammed. Overall, my replacement part aims to provide a more durable and hassle-free experience for Opel Tigra owners, while also enhancing the overall appearance of the rear luggage compartment area.
