Why choose our models? Everything is ready to render, all you have to do is click the render button and you'll get a picture just like the one in the preview image! You won't need any additional plugins to work with our models. Our high-quality exterior and basic interior designs are perfect for close-up rendering. The model doesn't require any textures to be applied. All objects in the model are intelligently separated and named, making it easy to change or apply new materials, colors, etc. The model's good topology ensures smooth rendering. The model has real dimensions, scaled to match real-world measurements, with a set origin point at (0, 0, 0) on the xyz axis. Our models are suitable for animation and high-quality photorealistic visualization. A complete rendering studio scene is included, complete with lighting, cameras, materials, environment setups, and HDR maps. Main Features Our models were originally created using Autodesk Maya 2016 SP6 software. The model was rendered using Mental Ray 2016.0-3.13.1.10. Only the Maya mb studio format contains mental ray materials, lightin setup, and environment settings. All other formats (Fbx, C4d, 3ds, Obj, 3dsmax, xsi, lwo) come with default Phong shader-based materials. You may need to adjust the path to HDRI maps on your computer for a correct render.
