OP1 Hard Case

OP1 Hard Case

thingiverse

I recently decided to give my trusty OP-1 a sturdy new home, so I embarked on a project to craft a robust hard case using 3D printed components. Drawing inspiration from the elegant yet now discontinued hardwood case by Pendeo, which was showcased on synthtopia.com, I aimed to replicate its sleek design. The custom case is engineered to fit snugly within a standard 20x20cm print area, requiring some assembly effort with six distinct pieces. Furthermore, you will need to acquire 12 neodymium magnets, each measuring 5mm in diameter and 3mm in thickness. These can be easily sourced online; I personally prefer First4Magnets for my UK-based purchases.
