The STLs and OpenSCAD files will enable you to print powder wads for 40 and 45 caliber straight-walled cartridges successfully. Proven safe in my load testing, they can now be utilized by others who seek to push their limits safely. Use them at your own risk; guided solely by experience and a plethora of caution is advised. To succeed with these prints: Use an Afinia H479 printer set up for ABS material using .15mm layer height and solid fill settings. Experience suggests that wads 4mm in thickness are more than adequate, but you may wish to explore printing thicker wads to achieve optimal results.
