Ooznest Prusa i3 bearing cap
thingiverse
One of the bearings on my printer kept falling out of the Z-axis bracket, so I created this cap to keep them in place. It's a press fit and fits very tightly. I printed it in ABS plastic and haven't tried printing with PLA yet, but hopefully someone will let us know if it works okay in the comments. Resolution: 0.2mm layer thickness Infill: 100% infill density Notes: No raft or support was necessary, and it took only 5 minutes to print, so there was no time for the bearing to come loose from the bed.
