OOTS solar light

OOTS solar light

Here is a bright and reliable solar light that's perfect for illuminating an area. I'm excited to share my 3D printed design with you, which uses ABS filament and acetone to create a sturdy structure. I was tired of using tiny, ineffective solar LED lights, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a better alternative. My goal was to create a light that would provide reliable illumination, rather than just being a decorative piece. To achieve this, I designed the sides of the unit with beveled edges, which makes it extremely rigid and strong once glued together. The windows are made from 1.0 mm thick printed clear ABS filament or can be laser cut out of acrylic sheet for added durability. You'll need the following materials to build this project: * Black and clear ABS filament * Electrical tape * Acetone or super glue * Needle applicator bottle * A 145.0 x 145.0 mm solar panel (available on eBay with item number 201357710611) * A 10.0 mm LED lamp * Two 18650 batteries * Two single 18650 battery holders * A solar charge controller (eBay item number:131587598844) * One M10 bolt at 30mm * Aluminum baking foil or a drinks can * A hot melt glue gun * Electrical wire * A soldering iron and solder
