OoiTY's Beefy Dual Fan Bushing X-Carriage No X-axis loss

This design aims to optimize X-axis travel while still featuring two 20mm fans, unlike other popular X-carriage designs that lose at least 10mm of travel per 40mm fan, resulting in a total reduction of 40mm. The creator uses zip ties to secure bushings to the carriage, preventing cracking seen in regular bushing carriage designs. This design is specific for 16mm bronze bushings from techpaladin and was modeled using Rhino software. OpenSCAD enthusiasts can modify the original files freely. Attach the carriage to the X-axis with zip ties, fasten the belts, add fans, and secure them with M3 screws attached to the carriage for this easy-to-assemble design.
