OO/HO TRACK PENCIL HOLDER MKII

Summary I had been itching to create something more, but took the easier route initially. However, the interest in the MKI (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2025266) led me to develop the MKII. The countless times I've had to carefully follow a track's path to mark where underlay should be laid or to shape curved form-work for laying tracks have been frustrating experiences. One doesn't typically have radius curves of every size, so this simple device paired with OO/HO FLEXITRACK CURVE FORMING CLAMPS (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2023001) allows users to create a radius template of any desired size and is not limited to model railways alone. The pencil holder requires the pencil to slide smoothly, possibly necessitating additional weight for optimal performance. The wheels are mounted on 2mm axles but may need adjustment to suit available components. Post-Printing Instructions Wheel slots should be carefully attended to. The axle slots are set at 2mm and will print tightly, so a 2.5mm drill bit is run through the bottom of the slot to ensure proper placement. The axle needs to be pushed past the narrow section where it will snap into place. Given that the bogie is 13mm wide, adjustments may be necessary to accommodate different axles.
