This tool makes laying track a breeze, whether it's rigid or flexible, ensuring tracks stay perfectly parallel with minimal effort. It utilizes identical stirrups as those on the curve former, providing seamless compatibility. Once securely locked in place, users can effortlessly slide them along the tracks with precision. I've found these tools to be indispensable and currently possess four of them. The scales are conveniently engraved on the underside of the perspex, offering measurements in both inches and metric units for added convenience. For those who wish to fabricate their own tool, I've included the DXF and Inkscape SVG files, which can be used to cut a plate from perspex or alternative materials with ease. Alternatively, you can utilize the STL file to print one out using your 3D printer. The lines in the SVG file are extremely fine, measuring just 0.01mm in thickness, but this is actually ideal for laser engravers as it ensures precise and accurate cuts.
