OO Gauge Couplings (Hornby X8031 style)

<p>Update: A configurable version of this coupling is now part of <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4632898">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4632898</a></p> <p>Drop in replacement for Hornby's wide style X8031 coupling.
