ONZProbe - High precision Optical Z_Probe

thingiverse

"OZNProbe" is a high-precision Z_Probe that relies solely on an optical endstop and gravity. I achieved a deviation of just "0.005 mm" with "OZNProbe", as seen in the image taken from my "M48" test using the "MK4duo" firmware, 64 msteps, and 800 steps/mm. It boasts the same fixing system as the BLTouch but is significantly more precise. My tests with the original BLTouch yielded results lower than "0.03 mm", which is far from satisfactory. To use "OZNProbe", you'll need an optical endstop, easily obtainable at a very low cost of $2, and some M3/M4 screws and bolts. It's perfectly compatible with my Kossel Effector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2747120), but you can install it on any 3D Printer without much hassle. If you're using my effector, you'll need to set the probe shift as follows: "Y -18.25", "X +31.65". When the probing is complete, you must pull out the key upwards. To prevent losing the key, I've created a stand for 2020 profile (requires an M4 T-nut). If you have any requests or need changes, please don't hesitate to ask. I'd love to hear about your experience with this probe in the comment section. Good luck and enjoy! And if you like my probe, please click "Likes"...
