This design starts with Ehans_Makes ground plane, a game-changer that saved me hours of work. I wanted to add some substance and comfort to the scales, but discovered the clip wouldn't fit with the original screws in the new design, so I slimmed down the scales and added a flat mounting area. For those who don't use the clip, I've included an extra thicker set with all the mounting holes removed. I built this for my CNC router, but it should work just as well with 3D printing. After some more testing, I created a thick version with a recessed clip mounting area. Note: If you downloaded this on February 21, 2020, be aware that I've fixed an issue where the scales were reversed and didn't provide easy access to the lock release. I've corrected this and uploaded new models. This only affected the thinner non-clip-side model.
