Many times accidents can happen so it should be capable of absorbing maximum of impact so try to minimize the no of joints and parts on the body hence try to implement one shot manufacturing technology(i mean part made of single component as far possible)frame and other body parts 3. for rollover prevention try to implement metal foams on edges of the body so that it can help absorbing the shock(metal foams are very useful in absorbing impacts yet light weight) and the roof should not be flat it should be curved so that the center of gravity remains in same height during rollover hence reduction in injury because of sudden impacts due to change in center of gravity height 4.
