Onewheel V1 Bumper
thingiverse
Bumper for the Onewheel V1. Use a soldering iron to install #10-32 threaded heat inserts into the holes at McMaster Carr - https://www.mcmaster.com/#93365a154/=182e9ua. To print with the face of the bumper on the plate, rotate 155 degrees in the X-axis. Printing the center flat face on supports may not produce a visually appealing result. To avoid generating supports in the holes, print as oriented and attempt to minimize support material. There are holes on the sides that start from the inside but do not extend through. These holes can be drilled out and used for installing luggage or skate wheels with 6mm shafts. The bumper measures 240mm in length, necessitating a 250mm build plate for proper printing. Due to its dimensions, it will not fit diagonally on a 200mm square build plate.
