Onewheel Power Button Cover

Onewheel Power Button Cover: Mud and dirt can't get in here! This cover snaps into place easily, with a flexible design that lets you press the button without any hassle. Plus, it brings the button out just enough so you don't have to stick your finger way down inside. Clear filament is the only way to go if you want to see the light clearly. I tried red SainSmart TPU and found it was too stiff, and you couldn't even see the light through it, despite being semi-transparent. This cover fits all OW models perfectly. UPDATE: Revision time! The file labeled v3 has a thicker area near the top. I noticed that was a weak point on the original design, and if you pushed it from the back, it could easily break. It also makes the button slightly stiffer, which is a bit of a drawback. However, I've found that printing with a .48 wall thickness instead of .40 actually makes the button more flexible. UPDATE: I deleted the original file because it was prone to breaking. I rotated the v2 design to get the orientation right. *Must be printed with flexible filament!* Print this cover with the button facing up. No supports needed at all. Filament: SainSmart Clear Flexible TPU (available on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/SainSmart-Flexible-Printing-Filament-Dimensional/dp/B00TI3JUWO) A layer height of .02 seems to work best for printing this cover. Infill your prints with 15-30% for the best results. No supports required!
