Print the main body upside down, with supports. Smaller nozzles improve the accuracy but are not required. I use a 0.6mm for mine and it works fine. The lid is an optional part, if you can get it to fit in properly I applaud you. The entire assembly is meant to be potted in hot glue or another adhesive. Hot glue is a fantastic option especially if you intend on recovering parts of it later. The seal file is to be printed in a very flexible TPU filament such as ninjaflex. It is not required but it is highly recommended for both protecting the port from some water ingress and taking the strain off of the fragile GX12-2 connector. To construct the connector, you need to purchase a set of GX12-2 connectors on amazon, the type that is encased in metal are the ones that I use. The plastic interface unscrews and what we are doing here is replacing that metal housing with the printed angled connector. You will need two relatively strong wires, you can use them separated or conjoined in a bundle. Solder the wires to the GX12-2 using a short amount of exposed copper at the ends. Make sure that when you solder the wires that the solder doesn't flow up the wire too much otherwise the wire loses its flexibility too far from the initial joint and you may have difficulty curving it. Next, you feed the wires through the recessed cable paths and feed them outwards. Then using hot glue fill the entire cavity securing the wires in place. The cable restraints are critical to eliminating axial loads off of the connector, as its wire comes out at an angle it is vulnerable to twisting and causing electrical shorts. Please use this solution with a fuse inline coming out of your CNR system. Shorting the connector will not damage your onewheel as long as you have a proper BMS between the battery and the charge port. I do not recommend using this without any power circuitry. The cable restraints require flightfin hardware screws, which are 20mm M4 screws.
