This is a newly designed component. I attempted to utilize https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3780931 and found it performs exceptionally well but requires my nails to remove it. This new design has a similarly-tight fit, plus extra clearance on the rail, and a small grabby section for easy removal. Because this protrudes slightly, I recommend printing it with a soft material. Flexy 90A is my preferred choice for this application – it's semi-rigid yet still offers plenty of flexibility. If I were to drop the component and hit the ground, I hope it wouldn't transfer too much impact energy into my charging port. Also, the port features an orientation notch, but I haven't included that in this model. Printing with a hard material (ABS, PLA, PETG) may cause issues with fitting in there. The TPU softens and conforms to the notch, providing a secure hold.
