Onewheel Multi-Stand

Wanted a stand that could hold all my boards whilst giving me options to expand on it later when I inevitably get more boards. However I wanted to be able to see them from most angles and this design really helped. Because of the angle the materials don't need to be long to build making it acessable for smaller workshops like my own. 300x300mm build plate is reqired to fit the middle frame print. Good bed adhesion is advised along with a larger nozzle like 1mm. Thick walls (3-4mm) are advised to avoid the need for dense infill where strenght isn't needed due to the design. I have uploaded pictures of how best to assemble the project step by step. Depending on how many boards you want to store will determine the required parts. BOM for 2 stands: 2x 20x20mm x1.15M square dowel. (+1 for every additional stand) 1x 9mm x 300mm(1ft) x 600mm(2ft). (+600mm in length for every 2 additional stands) 2x Frame-End printed part. (No additional needed for extra stands) 1x Frame-Middle printed part. (+1 for every additional stand) 1x Lower-Frame-End-Long printed part. (No additional needed for extra stands) 1x Lower-Frame-End-Small printed part. (No additional needed for extra stands) 1x Lower-Frame-Middle printed part. (+1 for every additional stand) 10x M5x6mmx7mm threaded insert. (+4 for every additional stand) 10x M5x12mm countersunk bolt. (+4 for every additional stand) 11x M4x25mm countersunk wood screws. (+5 for every additional stand) 11x M4x30mm countersunk wood screws. (+4 for every additional stand) If you want to use the charger holders you will also need: 1x [board model]-Charger-Lower-Mount printed part. (+1 for every additional stand) 1x [board model]-Charger-Upper-Mount printed part. (+1 for every additional stand) 4x M4x15mm countersunk wood screws. (+4 for every additional stand) 1x Right angled C7 power cable. (+1 for every additional stand) If you want to protect the griptape and 20x20 wood you can use some soft adhesive backed foam to the portions that touch the board. For boards of differnt thicknesses like the Pint you can print shims to mount on the upper 20x20 wood sections to angle them all the same if the variations in seated angle bother you. To add additional stands later remove the end frame with the short lower frame end piece and expand from that end. Replace the short 20x20 piece on the front at the end and replace with a long piece. Then you can assmeple the rest of the additional stand with another middle frame and 1 extra short 20x20 piece along with the additional 9mm plywood sheet piece and lower middle frame piece.
