Dear all, This is the 3rd iteration of the onewheel mini-fender, and it's looking better than ever. The new design is more aesthetic and round, mirroring the shape of the tire perfectly. Don't hesitate to print this beauty in ABS, as you can easily weld everything together with acetone. If PLA is your preferred material, don't worry, you'll just need to use a bit of glue to assemble the parts. The good news is that this new version is more printer-friendly, and all the components can be printed at once on a classic Prusa i3 variation. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: prusa i3 hephestos Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.02mm Infill: 50% Notes: Use your default settings for printing - there's nothing special required. If you want to try a lower infill, feel free, but be aware that I had some issues with the small position buttons on the lower part of the fender due to their weakness. It's still necessary to drill holes to install the fender on the onewheel, but a future update should solve this problem. Post-Printing I used acetone vapor to smooth everything out and then added a layer of plastidip to protect it. How I Designed This From scratch with freecad!
