Onewheel handle 100% plastic
thingiverse
I'm back with my latest 3D printing purist designs, this time tackling a carry handle for the Onewheel. This design is 100% plastic, utilizing no metal bolts or parts like many other designs out there. It also prints without supports, making it a breeze to get started. To print this design, I recommend using hard plastic for everything except the strap, which should be printed in TPU or another flexible material that can withstand weight without tearing. Assembling the carry handle requires a bit of patience and attention to detail. Begin by attaching the spacer piece first, followed by the clips over the strap with their little nibs aligned closely together. Next, place the clamps over the clips, then slide the clamp/clip combo inward onto the spacer.
