OneWheel GT WTF Rail Bumpers
thingiverse
Rail bumpers/protectors/rash guards for the OneWheel GT WTF Rails. I designed three different options for each bumper. The OW Logo, the GT logo, or blank with no logo. Some of the other designs for the stock GT rails do not curve inward with the rail, but I intentionally designed these bumpers to curve with the rails, so that they aren't as easily broken or knocked off when you roll your board. The side guards accept 2 each 1/4-20 Pan Head screws 1/4 inches long (screw head opening in the side guard is 13 mm). I attached these to my rails using double sided gorilla tape from Lowe's (it works very well!) For the corner bumpers, the left front can be rotated to fit the rear right, and the right front can be rotated to fit the left rear, which is why the files are named the way that they are. I printed these in PLA+ at 35% infill. They are meant to be disposable/replaceable, so you shouldn't need to hike the infill up much higher than that. I recommend printing these bottom side down with supports. A 1 mm support roof (option in Cura) will allow you to peel the supports right off after printing. If you want to switch colors like I did, pause the prints at the following layers: Side Guards - Layer 62 Corner Guards (front and rear) - Layer 44
