KiekUm Mods presents the Onewheel Fender Tray! Now you can take your GoPro/C&R DC charger/Bluetooth speaker/C&R kit or other things without a backpack. See pictures for some examples (secure your stuff!). No modifications to your OW are needed. Designed to clamp to the stock FM OW fender! Use your OW to carry your charger or Bluetooth speaker or a small basket! All instructions are at the bottom of this post. I have also designed an Actioncam/GoPro mount included with the Fender Tray files. This is free for everyone to download and 3D print their own Fender tray! Note: This design is not for resale. If you want to sell this, please contact me. Best printed in tougher more heat-resistant plastics like PETG/ABS or carbon-reinforced plastics! I printed these prototypes in PLA for easy printing because of faster prototyping speed (PLA plastic has a high chance of warping when exposed to direct sunlight). Here's how to assemble the tray: The tray is designed to fit on top of the stock Future Motion fender. I have put a piece of self-adhesive fabric on the bottom to prevent scratching my fender any further. The tray is held on by bolting the Clamp hands with M6x35 stainless steel bolts on both sides of the Fender Tray. You can use self-locking or normal M6 stainless steel nuts in the Fender Tray for the side clamps. Now the tray is held snug and firmly in the center. If you want to secure your stuff on the tray, you can use the front/back/left/right slots in the fender. Front and Back slots are made for zipties! Side holes are made for M5 bolts/nuts (GoPro mount). See pictures for some examples! This took me about a week on/off to design, print, and test from idea to this first "Final version". I used the Fender 3D scan upload by Ian Johnson found on Thingiverse (link below). The axis change connectors are from the Modular Mounting System by yyh1002 (link below). Really happy with this because I'm a total noob in 3D modeling. CHANGES AND/OR ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS. There will be later versions, and there for Prototype V4 = Final version V1. Please let me know if you have made this! And if you would like any changes or additions made to this! Any comments are welcome. ** DISCLAIMER ** This will not survive a nose dive at decent speed! The clamp hands are designed to be the weakest point! These will 100% fail and break if you take a tumble! This is intentional (imo better to break off the small cheaper stuff then wreck the complete object). My settings for these prototypes are: Real Black PLA Real GLOW in the DARK PLA Layer height: 0.2mm Vertical shell perimeters: 3 minimum Top solid layers: 6 Bot solid layers: 3 Triangle infill: 30% !! Supports on !! Hotend: 210/215c Bed: 65/65c
