I designed this attachment specifically for my OneWheel XR, ensuring it provides 1/8th inch clearance on both sides of the rail to accommodate the tire stem securely without risk of damage. The inner ring is crafted to clear the tire stem entirely, guaranteeing a snug fit that keeps the board in place. I created the design using Fusion 360 and printed it with PLA+, employing a .6mm nozzle tip and a .4 mm layer height for optimal results. The entire attachment requires approximately just under a pound of PLA material.
