OneUp - TwoUp QU_BD kit heated bed retainer clips

The heated bed wouldn't cooperate, so I couldn't just rely on the retaining screws that came with the QU BD kit. Those were designed to stop movement from side to side, not from leaning. So, I rigged something together using longer screws, washers and small blocks of wood to level it out better. But then the screw heads kept getting in the way - really frustrating. What I needed was a couple more retaining clips that would work with the existing M4 screws and nuts. It wasn't an easy project since no matter how I laid things out, there's always going to be some part overhanging. With parameters still being figured out, print quality has suffered so far. Yours will likely look better if you've got more experience in this department. The good news is that the bed isn't actually thick enough for it to make too much difference, especially since I already have a sheet of PEI laid down. This project started from a model in FreeCAD and can easily be adapted. Instructions Left part: Rotate 90 degrees around Y axis before printing. Right part: -Rotate 90 degrees around Y axis before printing. Then take the piece out and cut along that support line with a utility knife, you will have two pieces after you're done.
