OneUp EDC storage container for non-standard steerer tubes

<h3>Summary</h3> <p>Not all forks support the OneUp EDC. Some have ovalized steerer tubes or a minor internal diameter that's just too small for the full storage container.</p> <p>This adds back the storage container with 2mm shaved off the diameter. It might not work with all forks, but it'll increase compatibility. My RockShox 35 is listed as entirely incompatible but it works great with this mod.</p> <p>Two lengths have been included. One at 89mm which is the size of the original storage container, the other is 110 for a little extra volume. Print it in something tough - I used PETG</p> <h3>Warning</h3> <p>This will improve fork compatibility, but it WILL NOT make all forks compatible and this is not something that OneUp supports. Speaking from experience, it SUCKS to get a stuck EDC from your steerer tube.</p> <p>Essentially, use common sense. Don't force it.
