OneUp EDC pump offset top tube mount
thingiverse
Mounts a OneUP EDC pump (short version only) to the bosses included on the underside of the top tube on most new bikes. inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4964719 and https://jankcomponents.com/products/jank-pump-holder, I built this from scratch to fit my own needs. On my bike (Transition Sentinel 2021) I needed to push the pump back toward the rear of the bike a bit, and I also wanted to keep the sliding handle of the pump pointing upward to avoid it opening with gravity. For that reason, this grips both the pump body and the handle to offset the whole thing by 30mm or so. Includes a slot for a 1in strap (https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/128/1734), but the strap hasn't been necessary in my testing (though it's safest to use it). The fit is quite tight and the pump snaps in with a satisfying thunk. Printed in PETG, solid (use 99 walls or 100% concentric infill). PLA might work, but there's a chance the fit will loosen over time as the part deforms with use. Offset can be adjusted a bit by changing the `distance` of the chamfer feature that creates the ramp between the larger and smaller diameters. I also have a non-offset version I can upload if anyone wants it. As always, print at your own risk and make sure you're satisfied that it's secure and wont pop off/out before you go ride :) OnShape source: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ad43d2f900429cb388f9ab50/w/21bb33a067b5eccee6d52e11/e/ef7cd871c2afe84aa0e601b7?configuration=List_q6XYHSSy70CQr8%3DDefault&renderMode=0&uiState=62eb2176a5f5c9114d3f983f
