OneUp Components Dropper Post Cartridge Disassembly Tool
thingiverse
A tool to remove the collar at the plunger end of the cartridge. Per https://www.instructables.com/Servicing-the-non-servicable-OneUp-Dropper-Cartrid/ Designed to use a standard 2mm spoke for drive pins. Cut the spoke to the length of the tool. I use some side cutters to notch the spoke then bull-nose pliers to wiggle and break off the short length of spoke. Use a bench grinder or file to flatten one end and make sure there are no burrs. You can then use the Assembly Tool to press the pins into position using a bench vise. The assembly tool makes sure all the pins are the same height. Make sure you're assembling the pins with the flattened face facing out. Also make sure when you assemble the Assembly Tool to the Tool, the alignment of the pin holes is correct - it can be assembled out of phase.
