When used at a desk, it boasts hassle-free USB cable management, enhanced audio quality thanks to its front speaker grilles, and an optimal viewing angle that caters to both portrait and landscape orientations. Simply detach the cable and this device transforms into a versatile camera grip featuring a widely accessible 1/4"-20 threaded insert for effortless monopod or tripod mounting. The ergonomic design draws inspiration from the acclaimed Panasonic GH2 mirrorless camera, with special emphasis placed on ergonomics that include a finger shelf for seamless control and an asymmetrical grip accommodating a wide range of hand sizes. The speaker grilles provide added lower palm grip and thumb retention for enhanced precision. Engaging or disengaging the OnePlus One is effortlessly accomplished using the thumb-tab located at the top of the phone. All buttons, speakers, microphones, and functional components remain fully accessible with the phone secured within the device (the SIM card slot is discreetly covered by the case).
