I was fed up with my OneOdio headphones breaking on both sides, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a replacement part that would meet my expectations. To repair the broken piece, you'll need to disassemble your headphones by removing the screws and carefully desoldering the thin wires. This will give you access to the damaged component, which can then be replaced with a newly printed one. Before reassembling everything, it's a good idea to take photos of the soldered cables so you can refer back to them later when resoldering. When inserting the new part, applying a small amount of PTFE grease will help reduce wear and tear on the moving parts.
