Onefinity Woodworker CNC Enclosure (FRC)

This is a easy to build enclosure for CNC routers. It was designed with FRC in mind. This is a WIP, yes that includes the hurried render ;).I designed this enclosure for the Onefinity woodworker CNC. More info on the machine can be found here. https://www.onefinitycnc.comIt uses t-slot aluminum extrusion and 3/8in polycarbonate sheets, but you might want to substitute the side and rear panels for wood or hardboard if you don't have the budget.I still have to add handles, hinges and some misc hardware, other than that is pretty much complete! The enclosure is around 5x5ft (external) has some notable features:- I used common lengths of extrusion found on McMaster Carr to minimize waste and increase manufacturability.- There are slots at the bottom of the enclosure to allow for easy cleaning/dusting/sweeping of the enclosure. You can just sweep chips off to the side and place some sort of bin underneath to catch them, rather than them being stuck in the enclosure.- Uses 3D printed parts. Many FRC teams/team members have access to 3D printers and I thought this would be a good alternative to buying parts where applicablePlease keep in mind this is still a work in progress! Any feedback welcome!
