OneCube - TronXY X5S Complete Rework

thingiverse

This is an ongoing endeavor to elevate my Tronxy X5S into a versatile tool-changing machine. The objective of this project is to create the ultimate build, disregarding cost constraints, and incorporating only the best components that cater to my personal preferences for 3D printing. For this machine, I have chosen linear rails for all axes, a Duet WiFi controller, and PanelDue 7i display, one dedicated 24V power supply solely for the bed (with additional supplies available if needed for extra hotends or toolheads), and authentic E3D V6s for each active toolhead. With this redesign, it's effortless to swap out aluminum extrusions for longer ones, expanding the build volume along X, Y, and Z axes. Simply exchange the extrusions with the desired length and replace the respective linear rails with matching lengths. Once parts are designed, installed on my machine, and thoroughly tested for functionality, they will be uploaded, complete with a detailed change log. The latest part version will supersede any previous versions unless there's a compelling reason to maintain both old and new versions side by side. Feel free to experiment with this design yourself and provide feedback on any questions, suggestions, issues, requests, or fixes you encounter.
