This is a One Way Valve designed to work seamlessly with vinyl tubing featuring an external diameter of 11 mm and an internal diameter of 6.5 mm, while the sphere boasts a diameter of 7.1 mm. INSTRUCTIONS: The Body of the valve is straightforward in design, but exercise caution as it contains 45° overhangs that demand precise printing capabilities from your printer. The sphere requires maximum resolution printing; it's absolutely critical to achieve optimal results. In my case, I printed it with a 0.05 mm layer height. Import two spheres into your slicer and lower them onto the build-plate by their radius (z offset = -radius / -3.55 mm) so that you end up printing two semi-spheres that can be glued together afterward using CA glue. If you need to adapt this valve for use with a tube having different dimensions, simply provide me in the comments with the inner and outer diameters of the required tube, and I'll upload the revised valve tailored to your specifications. I designed this valve in SolidWorks and have included all necessary files, including the SolidWorks design file and parameters. To make adjustments as needed, simply open equations.txt and modify the parameters accordingly.
