Feed two straps through on each side of the center divider. Pull them from the small end to lock them in place and prevent movement. When pulled from the wide end, they travel freely. Assembly: Lay one spindle cap down on your work surface and place the main body on top, sliding the peg up through the center spindle guide. Push the main body down onto the cap peg until firmly in place. Clean the holes in the top plate to remove printer debris if necessary. Then, push the top plate down onto the main body using hobby clamps to secure it. Finally, push the last spindle caps down onto the main spindle body through the top spindle guide.
