One-Way Joint
thingiverse
I'm working on a Prosthetic Hand prototype that uses this One-Way Joint. The joint comes in two sizes, and I've included both versions here. The smaller version is designed for high-end printers, while the larger version is scaled up 3 times to accommodate low-end printers. The pictures show the small version, which printed perfectly on my Makerbot Replicator. However, I found that a part this size (15x5mm at its largest point) won't work with lower-end printers. That's why I created the larger version. If you print this joint, please leave a comment or post a Make so we can see how it turns out. Here are my printer settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 30% Notes: This joint has some small overhang fillets, but they shouldn't cause any issues.
With this file you will be able to print One-Way Joint with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on One-Way Joint.
